Thanks Adrynalyne for all your work!  However, the link to the fixed 3.4 version appears to be invalid.  Message: "The file link that you requested is not valid."

I would appreciate it greatly if you kindly upload the 3.4 fixed version with the correct link.

Thanks again.

Yeah, I reuploaded it to remove ClearTemp due to complications it was creating for some.

My apologies, real life caught up and I was unable to update the front page.

3.4.1 is MUCH better and is currently out.

I think I removed it.

Too many complaints.

It was working with previous releases, but people ended up breaking it.  Im thinking it was probably due to people formatting both Device Memory and My strorage.

All i910 ROM's with the exception of the CC20 leak are installed the exact same way.  I'm going to write up a tutorial for installing cooked ROM's when I get a chance.
Slampig, when I did cc20 i did not select a PDA, i selected the image, but you are saying that you do these roms the same way, but in your screen shot tutorial, you click PDA.  Can you please elaborte.  Also, can I go from cc20 directly to 3.4.1? or do I need t WM6.5 rom first?

Thanks and keep up all the good work everyone.

I said that? :x  Show me, I'll fix it Smiley  The thread on this board are the directions for flashing to a cooked ROM.  It's a very similar process to doing the CC20 which is a full img, the difference being you click PDA instead of the Image button because the cooked ROM's just update the PDA portion of the phone.  Hope that makes sense, if I did make a mistake please link so I can correct it.

Quick question about Chome Editor.. I just installed the 3.4.1 update and saw the new panels on the main page with shortcuts to system settings. It looked pretty sweet. I restored my backup after looking at the panels for a minute and noticed that TitaniumWeather, system settings shortcuts, and others were gone. I tried going into Chome Editor to enable them, but it doesn't change anything on my home page. Those new panels looked awesome, I'd love to enable them - I just don't know how. Anybody?

BTW - I've had my phone for a few days. I'm really liking it. It is definitely much better with Adrynalyne's rom! Wink

I think you probably trashed your CPRs with the backup restore.

Its going to require a hard reset, or a CPR overwrite.  Let me give you a couple files to drop into \Windows.  Overwrite the old files.

You'll need to unzip first, of course.

Slampig, my apologies, I read it all wrong.  I think my contacts are up, :-).

So just to confirm, i would choose the PDA and then follow the same instructions as cc20, detect, plug in phone, turn on and whah lah.  I will give this one a shot I think.

Thanks,

unlike cc20, can these PDA updates be undone by a hard reset?

Check out these instructions
http://www.samsung-omnia.org/adrynalyne%27s-kitchen/how-to-flash-to-a-custom-i910-rom/

No, if you do a hard reset it's going to take you back to whatever is the last ROM you flashed.  So if you install let's say the 3.4.1 WM6.5 and do a hard-reset a few weeks later, you'll still have 3.4.1 WM65.  If you want to change ROM's you have to flash.

also, can I upgrade directly to 3.4.1 since I have windows mobile 6.1?  or do I need to get to 6.5 somehow?

Thanks,
RalphTrent

Assuming you've flashed the cc20, I think you said you did, then you can flash right to ANY of the i910 cooked ROM's currently available.
