From what I have seen there have almost been 2k views in the combined theads alone.
So what i can gather the settings are easy, and so it getting the phone on the alltel network
Basically  you can just call in and give the tech your esn, I think you have to do *228 to update your prl too.
Ive also read that they are using houdiny software to flash, either way looks like it will get you in the door.
then that should be it
Once you have calls and sms working on your omnia
head over to
http://www.howardforums.com/showthread.php?t=1532843&page=2&pp=15
and get all the tools you need, but instead of the metro settings you would use this settings

internet
wap1.alltel.net:8080
username mynumber@alltel.net
password being alltel

and last mms
Server Name: Alltel MMSC
Gateway: mms.alltel.com
Port Number:8080 OR 80 (Depending on your location.)
Server Address: http://mms.alltel.com/servlets/mms
Connection via: Alltel Wireless
dont forget to install archsoft for this,

I hope it helps people, i don't have time to really compile a to do  because i am on my own quest for
getting internet sms to work on metropcs, but i keep hitting snags.
