Hi guys, if someone calls me on my phone, I see the message pop up (if I happen to be looking at it).

But the phone does not ring. So if I have the phone somewhere out of sight, I do not know when someone is trying to call me.

I tried to test the ringtone in the settings menu and it works fine.

The weird thing is I tried to call myself and then hang up the phone that is calling my Samsung phone, the Samsung phone starts to ring for a split second before the call is disconnected.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Hi there,

I am having a similar problem. The phone will sometimes ring with an incoming call, sometimes not. The screen will light for all incoming calls. Another problem is that the caller will hear 2-3 rings before I will hear the first ring, other times the phone will ring right away.
Any ideas out there?
