I mean what will be deleted and what won't be, what will the hard reset do?will it clear some memory for me?-my phone came with only 30m free for downloading applications. now I have 22..sometimes jumps to 28 for some reason.
oh and there are numerous ways to hard reset in this forum, which one works best?

Thanx all, have a good day.

There is no BEST way to do the hard reset. They all give you the same results. The reason your memory is jumping around is because sometimes you're looking at it when you have more programs open than at other times. use the task manger, click "end all" and see how much memory you have left.

Hard reset will restore your phone to the same condition it was in when you first purchased it. Everything you downloaded or added will be deleted including contacts and appointments. contacts and appoinments however can be easily restored if you use microsoft myphone. After hard reset, just go to myphone, and hit the sync button.

i do beg to differ...there is a best way.....  its in the how what where section...   proper hard reset...   that resets everything to out of box specs...   as for what will be deleted...everything you have added....so back it up if you dont want to loose it...
