Hi

Ive had my b7610 for about 6 months now, and as of about 2 days ago, it doesn't ring.

Well, the phone will vibrate, but no ringtone will sound. I've obviously checked the profile and such, and the phone is definately not on silent/ there is a ringtone set etcetc.

When I recieve a text there is a sound, but not calls.

Also, people are finding it hard to get through to me and carry on being disconnected after one ring.


Any help on the matter would be much appreciated.

i also have the same problem with omniia pro b7320 where even there is no sound of text msgs as well. i think that there is a software problem and samsung people are not claiming responsibility for this as a result we are suffering constantly and no one is there to handle our issues. i think if this matter is not resolved i will ultimately go back to nokia from where i came from. atleast these issues are not present there.
