[ASK] Default values for "Network Adapters"

Hi,
I messed up these values and now I cannot use the WiFi.
Can anyone help me by telling the default values to the following?

Go to Start > Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi > Network Adapters
(If "Use server-assigned IP address" selected, then please put "A" next to it.
If "Use specific IP address" selected, please let me know the details.)

SAMSUNG 802.11 WIFI CARD (SWB-M20) -
NE2000 Compatible Ethernet Driver -
Bluetooth PAN Driver -
AsyncMac NDISWAN Miniport -
Remote-NDIS Host -
Virtual Ethernet Intermediate Miniport -
PPTP NDISWAN Miniport -
L2TP NDISWAN Miniport -

As far as I can remember, there's only 2-3 which "Use specific IP address".
I think the bluetooth is one of them.
