2. Set the default Zoom level By Avalon

 If you go to Setting > Advance Setting > System > Input Method > Option
you can set the default zoom level for both writing and typing...

4. Increase all volume levels on Omnia II by farookh

one more...  in who what where... #4
heres some settings

Audio gain screen will pop up
click on music speaker
click again
output volume... change the following values: L1VL2 – 110;
HPG7 – 1110;
L3L7 – 10;
OVL7 – 00001001;
OVR7 - 00010010
click apply, a pop up will appear, click ok on it
these same values are applicable for other areas like ringtone, , voice, speaker and force speaker. do same as above, click menu then exit. 
here are the default values to set back to factory specs:
L1VL2 – 101;
HPG7 – 1011;
L3VL7 – 10;
OVL7 – 00011000;
OVR7 - 00011000

5. Delete unwanted software by man2003

Goto Start=> Settings=> Memory Settings=> Main Storage

Then Click on "Delete" beside the one need to be removed...

When you're writing a new email, go to:
Menu > Add Recipient(s) > Click on the "To:" > Select cc or bcc

7. Disable wireless function

1Tap Start.
2On the Productivity screen, tap Settings.
3On the Basic Settings tab, tap General Settings > Wireless Manager.
4Tap next to Phone.
•Your device will show on the Today screen.
To enable wireless functions, repeat steps 1-3 above.

8. Soft reset the device
If your device freezes or hangs, you may need to close programs or reset the device to regain functionality. If your device is still responsive but a program is frozen, close the program via Task Switcher.
If your device is frozen and unresponsive, remove the battery cover and use a small object, such as a toothpick, to press the reset button.

in the how what where...  #8  when taking the battery out to do the soft reset...if you dont have anything to  press the reset with just take out the battery for 10 sec it basically is a soft reset.  no "mistaken" insertion damages!

10. Activate Etiquette pause
You can temporarily pause the music player or mute event
alarms by placing the device face down when Etiquette pause
is activated. To activate Etiquette pause,
1 Tap Start.
2 On the Productivity screen, tap Settings.
3 On the Basic Settings tab, tap Motion Settings > Etiquette.
4 Tap next to Enable etiquette pause.
5 Tap Done.

13. How to set ISP info up on phone
1 Obtain the following information from your internet service provider: phone number for your ISP server, user name, and password.
2 Tap Start.
3 On the Productivity screen, tap Settings.
4 On the Advanced Settings tab, tap Connection > Connections.
5 In My Internet, tap Add a new modem connection.
6 Create a modem connection. To view detailed information for any screen while changing the settings, tap the icon.
7When the connection is successfully configured, run Opera Browser or Internet Explorer to begin browsing the internet. Your device will automatically attempt to connect.
