I use MS Outlook for my contacts (over 1500) and they all are formatted +1-xxx-xxx-xxxx.  But when I dial from the contacts or phone book I think the Omnia is actually dialing the "+".  I've tried to use dialing rules but the phone seems to ignore them.  Omnia i910 on SaskTel (compatible with Bell in Canada) CDMA, Outlook 2003, XP Service Pack3, Windows mobile 6.1 pro, CE OS 5.2.20276 (Build 20276.1.3.3)

I've also read advice to Launch Advanced Configuration Tool/Menu/More settings/.   I can't find that anywhere on my Omnia, where might it be??

Thanks for any help!  Moved over from Palm, and the only thing that makes Windows Mobile livable to me is the Omnia, neat tweeks and add-ons, great screen and tactile feed back.

I Know when I moved my contacts over I went in and manually changed the format in Outlook and sync'd back.

I only had 400 contacts, long process but now everything works great

in outlook if you click on the mobile number you can select country code.
