I wish i could try these out for myself,but im on vista and cant seem to get acsess to the windows folder.

So to change the load and close screens.

i need to know:

What are these gifs named under?

and am i correct in saying the resolution of these gifs would need to be 240x400?

and is there a time frame and or file size these gifs cannot exceed..?

What are these gifs name >>> Ani_Poweron.gif & Ani_Poweroff.gif

240x400 >>> yes

time frame >>> no idea but you view yours on your PC, they run continuously. The default runs for about 2 seconds & stop there. The Phoenix also runs continuously.

file size these gifs cannot exceed >>> no idea

I tried this below (240x320) but it doesn't work but phone manage to start up.

can enyone explain me why all these animated pictures wont work on ma phone desctop....I hawe omnia i900 and they work in my phone browser but when i place them as desctop beckground the animation stops!

How do you place them as today background? It won't work. They are suppose to replace the start up gif & they can't work because they are different from the original start up gif.

Gday Moto. New fone mate!  Great isn't it!

You get your issue resolved?

Transfer to fone by any means available, (ie. Bluetooth, Data transfer/USB-Mass Storage), to anywhere..
 Filesize seems irrelevant..
Name must be same as original..
Use file explorer in the device to copy/paste into windows folder..
    Easy..
