Yes, here:

Note how you need a different program for Vista/W7

There is more...

With my i900 came MITs wizard 3.0, it's an OK app. Try google MITs wizard 3.0

Also, but I don't know if it works with the Omnia
Samsung PC studio (came with my wifes d830) can be downloaded from Samsungs web site

I prefer having my Omnia set as a USB-memory
Start-settings/preference(sorry mine is in all swedish)-connections-USB connections-
choose usb-device instead of active sync
You can choose the my storage or memory card

Hi, do you get any problems with programs when you transfer them using your phone a a mass storage device?
I transferred a program to a memory card once and it locked the program so no other program could access it, which cause loads of problems.

Hej Lublin00

No problems at all, I think.
tought I have hard reset my Omnia twice

All my .Cab files have been copied to my memory card and then installed to My storage (If the program can be installed on My Storage)

I have connected twice to Active sync for installing Skype and Intuit pocket
player. As they where .exe install files.

The Skype that are installed now where a .cab

For plain data like mp3s, videos, cabs and documents. You can remove the memory card from the phone and fill it with a reader/writer in your desktop and then put it back in your Omnia. The Omnia shouldn't have any problems using the files.
