... And as far as apps go, if you take out the 1 minute apps (apps which hold your attention for about a minute) and all the REALLY useless ones there isn't that much disparity between the operating systems as far as app availability.

Winmo 7 doesn't look very good but you never know. Verizon has never had much of a winmo selection, and I bet it gets even worse once this starts. Thing is the winmo phones have never done well because they are "too much" for the average user. It's obvious when someone tells you phone "x" is better than winmo phones because of  all the things phone "x" can do. When you tell them winmo users have had those abilities for years and they just stare blankly at you, you know they fall into one of two catagories: 1. They select a phone because it's the "in" phone to buy (which is a gay reason to buy a device), or 2. They really were just too lazy or not smart enough to use winmo.

Anyway, whatever they are going to do it better be good because right now the Incredible is the only other device they have that's an upgrade from the O2. Just my opinion.

I follow a lot of forums and from what I am seeing is that WM Apps are far and few between. I have not downloaded and installed a new WM app in weeks. I check at least 10 different forums. I have looked from NFL Mobile app and no luck. The only thing I did find and use, however, not a very clean layout, is:
http://www.getjar.com/mobile-all-applications-for-htc-hd2/nfl/?o=bestmatch
Try it, it does show schedules and scores.

So far I only see Android & Blackberry devices are able to use the app.  Has anyone heard when or if the app will work on my Windows Mobile 6.5 omnia i910.

Yeah haha.  Hopefully they'll have the same kind of deal on some Win7 devices when they come out (What is it, end of this month, early Oct?  Something like that)  I've watched full videos of the phones being put through some hardcore testing and gotta say, barely seen a single problem in one of the phones. (Fun to tease iPhone fanboys when they get jealous)

Verizon's thinking smart.  Let's face it, more people want smart phones for the apps and the experience then they do for business.  This is where RIM sweeps in and picks up the slack for business users with Blackberry's.  WinMo isn't an attractive OS out of the box (referring to anything under 7) and isn't for tantalizing to what's become the normal crowd of powerphone users.  VZ already has their business phones (Which I'd much rather have a BB Storm 2 over my Omnia :/ ) I highly doubt the WinMo phones they have are doing well.  They're just doing what's logical business wise: Cutting out the old WinMo and bringing in the new.

Hey, i just bought a really nice used Omnia i910. i really like the phone but when i called to activate it i only have data and texting, no voice. when i try to make a call it doesnt ring and just ends the call after a few seconds. if someone trys to call me it rings twice on thier end and goes to my VM. what can be the cause of this. im hoping there is SOMTHING i can do. and yes the phone is set to ON. my signal strength is OK. took it in to the verizon store and was on the phone with tech support for an hour and they all say it has to be somthing wrong with the device... HELP!

I have an Omnia i910 version and have been trying to free up some memory on the main device but can't seem to find where it's all hiding. I have 90mb on the main device, but only 2mb free. When I explore the contents of the main device I only view 30mb.. so where is the other 60mb hiding? I've removed all the unnecessary programs when i first got the phone (using the tutorials posted on here) but i can't seem to free up any more memory. I need to install medical software of my storage card, but the low memory on the main device has disabled me from proceeding.

Any tips?

Thanks
