Yes, please.

Try everything else before doing a Hard-Reset.

For Verizon, maybe you can try this:
Gateway: <leave blank>
Port: 9201 or 80
Server Address: http://mms.vtext.com/servlets/mms
Connect via: Verizon Wireless
Sending Size limit: 250
WAP Version: 2.0

A Hard-Reset erase everything that you've configured/put into your device. Use it only as the last resort.

What's your problem? Any error message?

Use the latest NPS, 1.4.0. It will update to WM 6.5.

The link that I gave you, above, works. or try http://www.samsungmobile.com.sg/support/softwaremanuals/softwareNpsUpdate.do?phone_model=GT-I8000

If not go to www.samsungmobile.com, support, put in your device and look for Phone SW update.

You can also download Phone Firmware Update FAQ for more information from there.

Hi,

I wanted to find out the capacity of my battery for my i900. I've heard the ones that come with are 1440mAH, but I've also heard that there are 900mAH ones out there as well. I feel like the battery life of mine seems unusually short so I wanted to know if there's any way of checking on the phone? I looked on the battery and couldn't find anything.

Any help would be appreciated Smiley

Thanks,

nuttiutti

So the question is... I have a i910 with a Youtube widgets. When i open it with EVDO witch is my local phone provider (Telus), no problem seeing the video. But when i put it on wifi and connect to my ISP i have a Server busy or not responding message.

I tried different things, try with IE instead of Opera, not work.

I use a D-link router wich is suppose to be compatible RSTP

Anyone can help

When was the last update from Samsung?  Trying to see if I've got the most up to date firmware out there.  I got my Omnia back in August and did an update then.

Hello, I am developing an application in native C++ with Windows Mobile SDK 6 for Samsung Omnia II GT-I8000. I have to use my own UI engine in the appliacation, and I want to inform the user about the volume level with an appearing progressbar. There is no problem if I change the volme level with a short press of the hardware key, the WM_KEYUP/WM_KEYDOWN windows messages are sent by the core, so I can detect them. But if I do a long press for decreasing the volume, the device changes its behaviour to vibrate or mute. There are NO windows messages sent in this case. Is there any solution to detect the volmue level (sound settings, voice/vibrate/mute) state changes? I do not want to poll the values in registy or call other apis frequently for that detection. So if there is any other solution, please inform me. Any help would be appreciated.

The OS version of the used device: Windows Mobile 6.5 Professional CE OS 5.2.21872 (Build 21872.5.0.71)

Used development IDE: Microsoft Visual Studio 2005

Thanks in advance.
