Official upgrade to Windows Mobile 6.5!,How to upgrade your OMNIA II by official

Ok, my phone is from guatemala, noted and thank you. So, is there any place where I can get the files to upgrade the ROM for my Guatemala phone, from Windows 6.1 to 6.5 or latest, keeping it compatible with Argentina 3G?

i am a new omnia 2 user and new to this site. i need help pls.
my phone is from netherland and upgraded to 6.5 by downloading NPS and
setting country as netherland. (all this i learnt by following this thread)
pda i8000nxxijc
csc i8000xenijc
phone i8000xxij3

but i understand the latest official rom is jd3 (am i correct?)
so using nps tried to upgrade again but the version they are offering this time
is il5 rom. (this also is an old version, right?)

how can i directly upgrade to latest rom officially?
do i have to upgrade one by one, all roms from samsung netherland site until i reach the latest?
pls direct me.

Hello,  I would like to upgrade my I8000 to WM 6.5. 
First a little background:  Purchased my phone online and based on CSC and Phone code my phone came from singapore.  so fare so good.  I downloaded New PC Studio and successfully upgraded my phone to WM 6.5.  Then my phone was damaged and needed to be returned for repair.  Now my phone has a new ROM with 6.1 again.  I can not find on list where this ROM is from:

PDA: I8000HZHIH3
CSC: I8000HBRIIH3
PHONE: I8000XXIH2

I have double checked and there seems to be an extra letter in the CSC code.  I can not find HBR or HBRI on the list of countries.  The XX phone code is on the list however and lists a number of european countries.

I have already tried to upgrade my phone using my existing software from Singapore site and I get an error message [unrecognized device].  I need to identify the correct country for this CSC code so I can download the correct PC Studio software and upgrade to 6.5.

I did notice that there are some photos in my phone from repair lab with one showing a newspaper [possibly in chinese?]

any help would be appreciated!

 I need help. I have downloaded NPS latest version from the Singapore website for Omnia II and it is fully installed. I have Windows Vista on my PC. I connected my Omnia II I8000 to the PC and opened the New Samsung PC Studio, when I wanted to upgrade  from WM 6.1 to 6.5 indicating that my phone is from Singapore  I got the message:  NO UPGRADE IS NECESSARY. 

My OMNIA II PHONE HAS THE FOLLOWING:

Hello

I downloaded Windows XP
Installed Samsung New PC Studio 1.4.0.IL.2.exe from Samsung Singapore website

I installed and selected Singapore as my country

Then I connect my phone via USB, and New PC Studio says:

"This device is not supported"

So I can use the New PC Studio software, but when I want to upgrade my phone, I can't

I will appreciate if someone can tell me an alternative way to install WM 6.5 on this phone
