If I can guess correctly by looking at the image attached below I would say that TouchWiz 2.0 has multiple pages which is AWESOME.  That's one of the biggest issues and why not many people use TouchWiz 1.0 because the Widgets aren't resizeable and theres not a logical amount of space to use it functionally.  This looks like you can resize widgets and also swipe your finger over to another page to have multiple widget screens.  I'm guessing because I see those three bars at the top and the first one is highlighted.

Yes it has three screens..but I don't think you can change the size of the widgets, I think they made them slightly larger so it can be more finger friendly.
