Problem to uppgrade with official Nordic ROM

Hi.

I would like to uppgrade my i900 to a newer version, and found some new uppdates on the official Samsung site.
But can't manage to uppgrade.
It looks like the version at the Samsung site is for uppgrading from the memory in the phone.

The newest version for me I guess is i900XBIK1.MLI found here: http://www.samsung.com/no/support/detail/supportPrdDetail.do?menu=SP00&prd_ia_cd=&prd_mdl_cd=SGH-I900XKAXEE&prd_mdl_name=SGH-I900&srchword=Omnia

When I tested this uppgrade from memory, I got error wrong version or something.
I also tested to uppgrade from Samsung PC Studio or KIES 2.0, but did not find any way to make it work there.
I did get some modified ROM's to work, like the ock_Titanium_29005 (FMradio fixed) for example.
But there I had problems with internal GPS and TomTom, could not get any lock on satelittes.

Any idea how to manage to uppgrade to the official i900XBIK1.MLI?
And is there any other modified Nordic ROM's that could work for me?
Working GPS and Norwegian text in messages is important.

The old original version I had on my device was this:

I guess this is some special version for Telenor here in Norway.

So I hope someone have any good ideas for me!
