I tried PocketUFO and it works, you need the VGA fix to play it. When any window with a close "X" button apears in the upper rigth you need to press the "camera" button to go back, all others "X" buttons works fine. You can drag & drop weapons with your finger so you don't need to scratch the LCD. Sound and in game music also works ok.
Can't find the home page of the guys ho make it, but it was a very good pocket PC game, and it resembles Terror form the Deep and UFO Attack, just like the good old 90's. It was free, but you may donate for future improbments.

Yes TheJigsaw, the game has two parts. The strategy  windows of a world that show XCOM and Aliens bases, you can enter in each of your bases and equip your crafts, provide armor for the soldiers, investigate new or alien technology (or Aliens bodys), build new structures or weapons. In the action windows, you deploy your soldiers to carry a specific task, a town that is attacked by Aliens, an invasion to one of your own bases, an infiltration to an alien base, a flyn soccer wreck that you shoot down or that landed for unknown purposes. Perfectly realized, turn based strategy game, like the good ones from the XCOMs saga.

To play Pocket UFO on the Omnia, which is FANTASTIC and I absolutely loved the original UFO Defense. I rocked it on the PC and then when it was released for the PSX. Now it's on my mobile phone?! Great times.

Anyway:

Download the WVGAFIX3_BY_Cotulla.zip attached.

- Copy CAB files to device.
- Install SdkCerts.cab first.
- Install second cab file.
- Do soft reset.
- Now you can see WVGAFIX3 in Programs.

Simply open the application, choose QVGA (240x320). Run Pocket UFO and blast your way to Cyndonia!

I found a bunch of free java based games. I haven't played all of them, but providing the link in case you want them. Here is where I got them from. Not posting the .jars becuase I am not sure where they come from. My Kaspersky didn't find any issues when scanning them.
