I have the i910. I have downloaded games, such as pda paint, swirly. They work fine. I just need to find out how to make them show up in the Programs/Games folder with solitaire, dice etc... so I don't have to go searching all over the place for them. Is there a specific folder to put them in? Can't seem to find it.  Thanks, Karma

Karma,

If u r talking about the Games Folder that is visible in your start menu then here is the solution:

Go to WINDOWS-START MENU-PROGRAMS- copy the game lnk files to the GAMES folder.

Now when you hit start and see ur game folder they should be in there. I hope this helps

Thank you for your response. Yes I was referring to the games folder that is visible in the Start Menu. I tried to paste the game but there is no way (after copying the file) to put it in the folder that way. Usually there is a way to hold down the stylus and the circle thing pops up and gives you the option to paste. However, the options do not show up when I go to Games. Is there a way to do it through Active Sync and pull up File Explorer and just move it manually with my desktop, the same way I copy MP3 files from one folder to another; the same way you would move things on a regular PC?

Thanks,
Karma

what he means is use file explorer from the phone. go to my device...windows...start menu...programs. There u will see all the games and other programs listed as well as a folder called games. find your game in the list and copy it. Open the games folder, paste, and repeat. soft reset and your good to go. idk why your phone does that though. all of my games have installed to the games folder no problem.

Hope this was helpful. If so...cookie please Grin

Thank you for clarifying! That worked. I can now move everything to where they belong. My phone is a little different sometimes, just on minor things. It's odd. This is actually the second one I've had, the other one had major issues and Verizon had to replace it... Over all though, the more I learn the happier I am I chose this phone over the HTC droid eris. I wish you a full day of positive karmic return when you need it most.  Cool Thanks, KarmaQ

You dont click on it you hold your finger/stylus on it and a menu will pop up and you select copy. if you open your file explorer from the phone you  go to my device...windows...start menu...programs. There u will see all the programs listed as well as a folder called games. find your game in the list and copy it. Open the games folder, paste, and repeat. soft reset and your good to go. you can do this with any program you have installed. it really is very easy. once u have moved the program into the folder you want it in go back to where u copied it from and hold on it until the menu pops up and now delete it, otherwise you will have the same program in 2 different locations. any problems just let me know
