Hi all, I will start this page for all Omnia users to browse through quickly...All are welcome to contribute/suggest/feedback.

After you installed any Registry Editor, you will see the terms such as HKCR, HKCU, HKLM & HKU.

HKCR - When an application is installed, it sets up a unique GUID for the application and associates selected file extensions or mime types with the application.
HKCU - Where the application and operating system stores settings that are user specific.
HKLM - This is where the operating system stores hardware settings.

The registry editors that I know of are:
Kilmist Registry Editor
PHM RegEdit - Freeware (I am using this)
Resco Explorer
TascalSoft Registry Editor - Freeware
Total Commander - Freeware

The following is based on i900, it might or might not work for other models.

04.Delete shozu autorun not in use

It consumes about 400kb of memory. This saves your ram.

HKLM\init

Scroll down & look for "Launcher140"

Use your stylus, click on "Launcher140" until box appears, click delete

Exit to Today Screen, wait for 20 seconds, soft reset.
