how do i use .rar files on my omnia?
i tried installing s2u2, and also spb pocket plus that i downloaded from a torrent (both .rar) files and when i select them it ust says thatmy monia can't find a programme to open the file.

.cab >>> transfer to phone & install on the phone.
.exe >>> save on desktop & install on the desktop with active sync. Guide will appear & continue the installation on your phone.
.rar, .zip, etc >>> open on your desktop till you see .cab or .exe only.

Transfer the.rar file into your Omnia's Storage Card & install in your Omnia. Do not unzip the rar, place the whole rar into your Omnia.

I could not find any rar program to download directly to my Omnia (nothing worked and I tried several different sites, all were exe files, not cab files).  

I think the only thing to do is to download the rar onto a desktop and get the cab file and send it to your Omnia.
