Hi, I'm trying to figure out how to load files (such as photos, etc.) onto my phone. I have a newly reset i910 using the latest Verizon ROM and SPB Mobile Shell 3. I've only installed a few programs so far, and all into the My Storage/Program Files/ location.

So I am able to connect OK using Active Sync, and the phone syncs with Outlook great. No problems here. But when I explore in this method, it appears I'm only able to see the 'My Device' directory.

So I switch to Mass Storage mode, set to My Storage, but I'm not able to get into the phone with this. Either Windows Explorer will slow down and lock up, or my phone will freeze up. I'm not able to actually browse the contents of my phone.

I'm using a pretty clean install of WinXP SP3 on a pretty new machine.

- Any ideas what could be causing this?
- Any other methods I can use to transfer files (I was actually able to put a few things on using Rhapsody of all things, but it's not elegant or thorough).

THANKS!
