I'm wondering the same thing; 'Remove Programs' wizard under settings only list some apps, not all.

Some of the software is burnt into the ROM. You could try and edit the registry but Be Careful if you don't know what you are doing. Let's wait and have some other members chime in with their thoughts or experiences. I always burn my own ROM's so I get what I want and not all the blowtware.

murph, Did you have to purchase the 29.99 Data Package in order to get your i910? Many people are asking.

Thanks, JASTECH τΏτ

Don't know if the question was for reference or just for Murph, but Yes you have to have the data pack to purchase the Omnia from Verizon.

Hello Rafie,

I think the best bet is to locate the values in the registry and remove them. To do so, you will need to download Registry editor such as PHM (find it here http://www.phm.lu/Products/PocketPC/RegEdit/).

However, as all of the programs pre-installed in the firmware is locked as standard, you may or may not be able to find it (and edit it) in the registry. If you do find them, I would recommend that you will backup your data just in case a reset becomes necessary.

Good luck!

Try ActiveSync Omnia, explore to Windows, search the program, right click check attributes, if system is tick, you can't delete. Its dangerous to delete system files, your Omnia might not start up. Alternate option, go for custom rom. Lastly, why do you want to delete them?

'Touch player' & 'Pod cast' can't be deleted, they are system files. Want more memory, install cooked rom.

confirmed, stock programs are burnt in to the rom. DO NOT use any aftermarket roms because no one, at least from what I read on this forum have crack the vzw rom. Could potentially brick your phone

Indeed, share with us the solution!
If I use "TouchPlayer", after exit the program, the touch screen don't respond anymore, only a softreset solve the problem!
