I did not encounter any memory problem with the O2.
Only the original widget UI of Samsung is very slow, but I've disabled it and am using PointSence, so everything is okay for me.

trying to revitalize my old omnia somehow   and rediscovering spb shell, I use to liked it buy manila did the trick for me but with this theme I´m having a lot of fun, loaded 5 pages on each (lifestyle and professional) and made multiple home screens, also someone share some cool icons so made huge lifestyle screens with them, jeje... I like them  





yeah... there have been a couple of new things that for sure you would have had a lot of fun cooking, the truth is that in my opinion there are no more chefs like you or sector, who really took the time to make each build unique from head to toe, chefs now just release new builds but the all are pretty much the same and the one who could do something like you (design wise) I thought it was krazy rad but he moved on too and I guess he bought an HTC phone so now we are on our own trying to make our omnias look up to date  . I could say that I appreciate your work more now that you are no cooking for omnia anymore, newer builds are better than the last one you cooked in my opinion but none had a personal touch like you gave your roms... so lucky android fans who have you on their side, have you try your first rom for them? show us some pictures !!! I really have not taken the time to learn anything about android, I did watch a video of a recent release, pretty cool..... there should be one here soon I hope but not soon enough for me, I´m very impatience so I cannot wait long for a phone and since O2 is here I'm going for it in a couple of months, we'll see..

I replaced mine (free through Samsung UK), they put a new chrome plate on too.

The new ones give you better touch response.

If u have to use your nail to make selections on screen, then that is the old one. On the new ones, you can use the pad of your finger (like we are supposed to ).

There is some sort of method of knowing the differences, see this thread here......

many thanks br0 i`ll write when the phone is ready hope everything is ok..cos my omnia is missing me verry much i must wait over 1-2 weeks and i`m crushed now without it anyway thanks again shokka and one more thing..when they change the digitizer and the panel...will they erase my rom or my storage ? is this imperative or my r0m(shokka`s v23) will stay untouched

p.s. shokka i promoted your roms in the shop where i back my phone they didn`t knew that is wm 6.5 for omnia hahha i sh0w them and they were very surprised

ROM has little or NO issues. I do not know what the cause of your problem is.

Your experience is not experienced by me or 1000's of others. Maybe you have something installed that is causing this freeze up.

I would not release a ROM that did this to you



Hard reset, reinstall ROM, hard reset, hard reset..

Then install one app by one app until your problem happens again....
