Check your Router's settings and Security Key.

Omnian,
My router is an Open Networks 824RLW upgraded with Billion firmware to 7404VG using 5.54b firmware (last it will accept).
I'll try playing with the settings but I'm wondering whether anyone else has had problems using Billion routers?
By the way how is the Galaxy S?
I'm considering my options going forward. For me the key will be which one can run Igo8 satnav?

Yes, try different setting on your router. Your device have no problem.

Galaxy S.....so far so good. Just updated to the latest firmware, seems like better, faster and battery last a little longer

Igo8 can run on Android, but i didn't use it because I don't like the map format. I prefer Garmin and Garmin had it on the Navifone, just waiting for them to release for the rest of the Android devices.

BOO!

AHHHHHHH!

Hi Shokka and all,
Thanks for providing lotsa information here about the ROM burning.
I just upgraded to Win 6.5 (SHKv23 lite) on my i900 2 days back.
Its working fine till now works except one minor issue "Battery indicator is buggy" but as I have used my Omnia so long I dont indicaator.

Let me tell the first timer the installation is smooth and not big deal if you read creafully.

Thanks.

As I'm a user of SPB Mobile Shell I'm thinking of trying a 6.1 ROM and seeing if it makes a difference to my wi-fi probs?
Maybe Shokka's SHKvRC LITE?
I've made backups or my current setup using SPB Backup and SPB Clone (the latter 1.6 Gb took bloody ages because I included My Storage).
I'm assuming I can use either of these to re-establish my 6.5 setup if I decide to revert to 6.5.
But am I able to use them on a 6.1 install?

NO. Don't do that.

This ROM is build for the first generations Omnia - i900.

Google for i8000 ROMs.

Hello people. This is the second shk edition rom I've installed on my omnia. Shokka9 great job.
I have just one problem.
In Settings Widget Wallpaper and Communications settings do not open any options in SHKv23 M2d edition on my omnia unlike in SHKv22 where those settings were working perfect. Can anyone explane to me why is that, or how to fix it?

Thanks once more for great ROMs shokka  Smiley
