They don't seem to let you upgrade from 3 to 3.5 only 2 to 3.5. If they don't fix this then I'm going to wait until someone posts a serial on the web and then they will get $0 . I'm not paying another $30 after I paid it a few months ago for v3.

My key from 3.0 worked on 3.5.  They only charge to go full releases like 2 > 3

I actually just removed 3.0.1 and installed 3.5 and it picked up the registration automatically.  About shows it as registered.

I'm a registered user of SpB Mobile Shell 3.1 and I cannot make this work on mine.
It gets to like 80% done, then just says "installation unsuccessful"
What the heck is going on?
I'm no expert at this, but I'm definitely not new to this type of thing either.
I've tried TONS of things, and I just can't get this to work?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Hello. Have you tried uninstalling v3 1st?
You are installing onto your Device, right? And you do have enough free memory because it is a lot bigger then v3?
If all else fails, a hard reset should cure it.

Not real happy with this upgrade so far. I actually purchased the upgrade as a registered user of SPB - didn't realize that my cuurent reg. key for v3.0.1 woulda worked. Disappointed with the lack of 3d carousel function on the Omnia. It's just eye candy I know but I still woulda liked it. The 3d email viewer could've been alot better. That you can't reply to a message in this view alone is a bummer. I haven't been able to set the default behavior to the 3d viewer in the standard icon for the lifestyle pane (by this I mean the widget that has the three icons for missed calls, sms and email). The Twitter widget doesn't work - I keep getting an error message or a connection failed message. The facebook widget worked once so far. The interface isn't really that much different - which I was kinda hoping it would be.

I wish I'd stayed with v3.0.1 - I just hope any bug fixes will come free of charge.

banistersmind. E-mail SPB I'm sure they will at least give you a credit note for the $, if you give them the serial numbers that you have and the one you bought.
Someone posted on here that you must use the separate icons, not the 3 in 1, for the 3d message view to work.

Have emailed SPB Soft and have put a reminder in my Omnia for June 12th 2013. That's how long I expect it will take for them to get back to me - but you never know huh?

Grin Grin Grin I think they will get back within 2 weeks, they have when I've e-mailed them before, but think about how many users they have for all their software and how many e-mails they must get.
I think your being a little over optimistic about the life of your Omnia, June 12th 2013. It will be antique in phone terms/years by then.  Grin

Wow! Got an email tonight from SPB Soft. They have refunded purchase price based on my already having v3.0.1. They totally misunderstood my question about the facebook and twitter widgets though. I still can't them to work.
