Hi to is all omnians. I'm new here but I hope what i'm going to post will help us all.
 I would like to know if there is any application that can really track or tell where exactly people I call are or where the person I'm talking to is. I've tried a lot of mobile tracking applications but non of them can do this. if there is no application at the moment, can someone develop one so that we can tell where our friends and family members are to know whether they are lying or they are telling the truth .

Thanks so much but I would like to know how to do that because I already have google maps and have activated google latitude but don't know how it can track my daughter's phone which is ordinary nokia and doesn't have email address yet. but I would like to know if there is a version of ximad mobile phone tracker for windows mobile? if yes pls post the link.
  I also want to know if there is any windows mobile application that can change my voice during phone call. my friend has a china phone which can change his voice to an old man, young man and a woman when he calls me.

best bet is tp call your carrier and they can set it up for you...
