Hello,

I installed each separately and they worked will with spb shell until I installed spb skins. PI was the program I was using when I installed spb skins. It stopped opening up when I pushed the icon. I tried to removing and reinstalling the each of the programs. When I push "yes" when it asks if I want to install the .cab file I say yes, then it comes us with the message 'Pocket_Informant_Pro_Setup' is not a valid Pocket PC application. The same message comes up only with Thumbcal populated in the window. I installed the touch screen version of each and even redownloaded fromt each sight. Does anyone have any advise. Like I said I had no problems unitl spb skin was installed. I do not want to uninstall this if I do not have to since I just got my phone right where I need it.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
Jeremy

'Pocket_Informant_Pro_Setup' is not a valid Pocket PC application >

Save the application onto your PC desktop & install from your PC desktop using ActiveSync or...

You downloaded the wrong version.

You can attach your application here for us to test or paste link

Thank you for the response Wizard.

Is it possible there is something in the spb download that makes one of the forementined downloads think I am running pocket pc. The reason I ask, I was actually running Pocket Informant when I installed Skins, and this is when it quit working. I then reactivated the cab file from my phone using the original cab file that was already on my phone, which is when the pocket pc message came up. Ihave WM 6.1 Prof. on my phone.

Here is the link from which I downloaded the file: http://www.pocketinformant.com/download.php?pid=10226.

I re-downloaded both files at the above link with the same results.

Thanks again for the help,
Jeremy

Is your file name > Pocket_Informant_pro_setup.exe, file size is 1.79mb?

Did you save on your PC desktop, connect Omnia using ActiveSync & double click the file on your PC desktop to install?

There are 2 files from your link, top file is for Omnia, select WM6/6.1, bottom file is not for omnia, did you download that?

Wizard,

You are the man. My phone is now just the way I need it, for now. I had downloaded the right file but when I transfered it it showed up as 54kb. So I re-downloaded on my computer (1.79mb)  and double clicked from there. This did the trick, thank you very very much. -Jeremy
