all the 3 will install .netframework 3.5 rto ur omnia if ur device is connected via activesync..these installers generally come packed with installer for mobile .net framework..according to me u can download the 33 mb coz it saves time downloading for microsoft server ..i have downloaded all the three exe files and connected to my device there option pops to install the 3.5.... to install
