On the samsung omnia, does anyone have any feed back on the screens durability? what would you say? does it scratch easily? Does it crack easily? like if i have this thing in my pockect will my keys pwn the screen? Unless i completly missed another thread about this, i would think this would be a big issue since this device's main input is thru the screen.

Is, as with any touch screen device, very worthwhile investing in a good screen protector

Just ordered my invisible shield but since I'm getting it in one week I'm reticent about taking it with me in my pocket.
Anyways, what do you suggest for cleaning it? Any substance/cleaning cloth in particular?
I noticed that micro dust gets on the screen and is hard to remove. I had it in my pocket which was free of any residues but when I got it out after 30 min I noticed some dusty spots that I was unable to remove.

Annoying... I can't live without it but don't want to ruin it either. What do you suggest?

just wipe it down with a lint free cloth before you install the shield.  once you put the invisible shield on it you can just wipe it with whatever..

as far as cracking and breaking, as you said this is the main input of the device and manufacturers over the years know this.  the screens are made to last.  Now that being to a certain extent.  I've dropped my previous touch screens many time without any issues (haven't dropped my omnia yet *cross fingers*).  Now one time it did drop it perfectly onto the corner of a cabinet and it cracked it could. But that's why i pay a few bucks a month for the insurance.
